Great day on Carrigain! Bare booted to steep part on Signal Ridge, then switched to snowshoes. Snowshoed back down to the stream crossings from the summit, spiked to the road, then bare booted back to 302. Tons of snow above 3400. As always on Signal Ridge, heel elevators are a Godsend. |
