Comments
Comments: This’ll be irrelevant in 8 hours but I’m hanging out on the summit so why not. North Twin Trail and the road walk are both pretty packed down. I used spikes until the summer trailhead, then switched to snowshoes but you could stay in spikes a while longer. I had first tracks of the day up Fire Warden’s. It was well broken out and had about a quarter inch of fresh, fluffy snow at the junction with N. Twin Trail, maybe 2” at the top. No views as per usual for everyone’s favorite mountain, but Fire Warden’s is a true winter wonderland today.

Good luck to the next trail-breakers up it!
