Comments
Comments: We had reserved this weekend for a summit attempt and Sunday showed there would likely be a window with low winds and mild temps. Road walk was packed early, last couple miles were soft from couple inches of new snow. Abol trail was packed out until just before Boulder field. Boulder field was a challenge as snow shoes were often necessary and then often a hindrance. No Ice to speak of. Windy early and when we hit table lands nor wind than expected. Wind turned off as we summited table lands was a bit clunky but not a lot of drifts to deal with. Absolutely stunner of a morning and we were in heaven in high.
