Great hike. Used Hillsound trail crampons the entire way. Most of the trail could have used smaller micro spikes but I was glad to have the longer spikes at some icy spots and around the top. The trail could use a few more heavy snow falls to cover more of the rocks and make for the smoother winter hiking we love but overall, great conditions. |
