Well went out for a short day to grad a 4k for the calendar day. I barebooted up until the junction and then put snowshoes on. I wore them up and all the way to the car. Spikes would have been fine other than the last .2 up to the summit. The drifts filled in pretty quick from the wind. I practically ran down the mountain in snowshoes. I saw 45 people total out in my 2:41 timeā¦ only 5 were in front of me. Only saw 1 other wearing snowshoes. Nice quick peak today. |
