Excellent loop! Bare booted Wentworth, SNR, and Bear Camp River. Some sort of traction was needed on the other 2 trails, but snow was dry enough that snowshoes were a choice more than a need- though they did make ski sliding more fun. I almost wished there was more snow becuause breaking trail is actually fun on a descent imo! Best part is that out of 8 miles we only had to ascend for 2... definitely recommend this loop for this time of year, other than some old ski tracks no one had ventured into the exterior Sandwich Wilderness since the last snowfall.
