Saw several other groups taking advantage of the weather window to go into the Presis today. This report may not be too helpful given incoming snow tonight, but Ammo was well broken out as was Jewell below treeline. Above treeline everything is drifted but there's not much snow and we could generally follow the cairns well.
Snowshoes from the car the whole way. The snow isn't consolidated enough for anything else to be as good a choice for traction and footwear right now. |
