 | Comments: |
Wore snowshoes door-to-door. A surprising amount of boot traffic created many frustratingly post-holed and uneven sections, especially the first 2 miles of Lambert Ridge Trail. The first known snowshoes are from 3,700 B.C.E. so maybe they're still catching on? Final mile of Lambert Ridge before the Ranger Trail junction was unbroken and quite deep in places. The only recent summits look to have been via Ranger Trail. |
