Comments
Comments: All of the trails are well packed except the Webster Cliff on the ridge where there was drifting and postholing. We used Tubbs Flex Alps start to finish though spikes would have been ok except on the ridge and many people were using them without hacking up the trail. We descended the Jackson branch from the Jackson summit. There were steps cut out just off the the summit cone which work fine for spikes but were difficult with snowshoes. Flex Alps were fine directly to the left of the steps descending with a little caution.

Congrats to KristyR for W4K#1 and to BarbaraR for W4K#6. We had some views to the south and west but the Presidentials were fogged. Still great to be out.
