New blowdown up on the west side of summit. Someone trimmed the branches but the trunk is across the trail making it a step over. |

Hard packed trail. Some areas have drifts but barely covered the boots. I went the whole way with micropspikes. It was early so I figured anyone with shoes will pack it down. Stars were out and clear without a moon. Caught a beautiful sunrise and a good breeze. Only saw a few people going up. |
