Comments
Comments: Rocky Branch was firmly packed until mile 1.5, where drifts became ankle deep from time to time. Engine Hill bushwack was hard to follow , previous tracks were erased by drifts from the high winds and there were multiple, I made my own paths, occasionally through dense woods, following the track from last winter on my gps -- current ones are completely different. It became more traceable after the water crossing but the drifts covered the tracks approaching Davis Path so I again made my own pathway. Davis Path was also covered by drifts until near the spur to the summit.

I wore snowshoes the entire hike. Microspike would have been ok until mile 1.5. After that, you might want snowshoes especially going through bushwack paths.
