Comments
Comments: I took the long way around to Tuckerman Ravine: Up Old Jackson Road (AT), over to Lila's Ledge via Liebeskind's Loop, up George's Gorge Trail, back on Old Jackson Road, and up Raymond Path to Tuckerman Ravine Trail.

Old Jackson Road was very firm with the occasional post-hole. The lower blue blaze trails were less compacted, but still reasonably firm. I wore spikes all the way up to Raymond Path.

On Raymond Path, I switched to snowshoes because the trail hasn't been used much this winter. There was a faint snowshoe track, but it wasn't at all compacted. Most of Raymond Path was still deep in snow, but south-facing knobs were very boney.

Tuckerman Ravine trail was a super-highway packed down by snowcats.
