Comments
Comments: Used snowshoes the entire way from the parking lot to the summit. Herd path was well defined - .3 miles south on the bike path from the Basin parking lot. Note for those doing this the first time: the 1.5 mile Liberty Spring trail section from the Cascade Brook to the ridge climbs at an average rate of nearly 1500 per mile (1000 feet per mile is considered strenuous).
