My main purpose for this report is just to advise everyone NOT to descend Airline right now. The section above tree line was fine but everything below was a post-holed disaster and it was both physically and mentally exhausting to maneuver. This trail beat the crap out of me getting back to the truck - plain and simple.
Amazing day all things considered, but i highly recommend taking Valley Way back down. It was in much better shape. |
