Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at winter lot plenty of room. Twelve cars on arrival, nine on return

Surface Conditions: Ice - Black, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Ice - Blue, Wet/Slippery Rock, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable), Snow - Wet/Sticky, Snow/Ice - Postholes, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Water Crossing Notes: Minor flows easy step overs

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail well blazed. A stepover at near the beginning of trail,three more just past intersection of trestle trail and up approx 1000 feet. Another blowdown shortly before summit of North Sugarloaf

Comments: Sweet day for these two. On and off monorail and bare ground with many icy spots. Very little snowpack remains. Micros are all thats needed. Snowshoes stayed in the ride today. Zealand road is completely bare.
