Spikes door to door. I barebooted the last 200 feet to the summit. Snow shoes were passenger princesses. The first/last mile or so on the way back was getting churned up with a lot of post holes [which is why we use snowshoes in spring conditions!]. But north of the first water crossing, spikes are fine. 40 peaks to go for me. |
