Water Crossing Notes: Hale Brook crossing open, easy crossing on rocks jist above the trail. Other minor crossings ok

Comments
Comments: Expect different trail conditions depending on the elevation. The side slope has snowshoe and boot sized post holes. The raised monorail in this section was not stable. Some open ground on the lower side (left side as you go up) which allowed for easier travel. Section from the switchbacks up is stable as long as you stay in the middle of the track. Light traction worked well today.
