 | Comments: |
Mt. Rowe Trail up to the water crossing was mostly snow free with some small patches of ice and some muddy areas.
Yellow Trail steeps were dry. Some remaining monorail (longest stretch about 100 feet), but generally flat or narrow enough to avoid while staying on trail.
A few patches of snow on the Ridge Trail, but nothing of significance.
Benjamin Weeks Trail is VERY muddy in places. Best to leave this trail alone for a few weeks - hiking (and mountain biking) is causing damage due to the mud (and ground frost still thawing). PLEASE AVOID THIS TRAIL FOR NOW.
Beautiful spring afternoon (despite being the last full day of winter) with temperatures in the 50s. |
