Surface Conditions: Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow - Wet/Sticky, Snow - Spring Snow

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: easy rock hops on two open crossings. Several small drainages still have snow bridges.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: many blowdowns on both Glencliff and Carriage Rd. Most are easy to get around at this point.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Great hike for Fido.

Bugs: A couple hit my windshield, but none on the trail.

Comments
Comments: Bare ground/mud at the start. Monorail starts after climbing a bit, mixed with mud. The packed trail was stable today, and provided good grip for MICROspikes. Snow was soft where exposed to full sun on Carriage Road.
