bare boot from parking lot past the 3 stream crossings, then spikes up to ridge. Used snow shoes from ridge and stayed on until descent for about a mile. 3-4 inches of fresh snow on ridge, with a solid pack below. some ice flows descending North but the crampons bit into the ice well. |
