Comments
Comments: It seems Izzy and I are following each other these days, but I really did have this one on my calendar before she hiked it! Lol. What a great peak to finish the O’ 10 on.

Trail conditions changed a bit from the last report. 1-2” of soft, slippy-slide snow all along the snomo trail and sporadically along the Bayle Mt Tr.. Followed one fresh set of boot tracks along the snomo trail which continued straight at the left hand turn up the Bayle Mt Tr.. BMT was hard to follow at times around the boulder field and slab/ledges in spots due to the snow cover. Bareboots all the way up. Awesome views up top with Washington unfortunately in the clouds. The descent was slow. Slick spring snow in random places that had me thinking about putting on my old worn down Katoolah’s, but every time I went to put them on, a clear patch of ground presented itself. I found myself grateful that this trail is so short.
