Comments
Comments: We did a counterclockwise lollipop hike. We were looking for a snow free hike and found it, just a few patches of crusty snow on the summit ridge. All trails in good condition with signs at intersections. We could see snow capped Mt Washington and Lafayette from the east ledges. We took an unmarked off of Upper Link to the actual summit. It goes up, turns left on a road, then goes past one communication tower and ends at another tower. The summit appears to be just to the west. We then walked around to the southwest corner and found a trail that ended up at the Upper Link/Shannon's Trail junction. We only saw 3 other hikers.
