 | Comments: |
As of this afternoon, from the Yellow Trail up, light traction is needed due to the ice. Generally about half an inch of granular from yesterday's snowfall, combined with ice from the on-going freezing rain. Most of the ledges on the Ridge Trail are caked in ice or drizzled in black ice. Not a skating rink due to current temperatures being at or above freezing, but icy enough that barebooting is not a good idea. Tree branches have almost a quarter of an inch of ice in places. |
