Comments
Comments: Out/back to Chocorua via the Hammond Trail. Wore microspikes the whole time. Variable conditions. 3" wet snow at the start. Mile 2 was dry (sun exposed). Some well shaded sections further in still have 1-2 feet of snow on trail. Post-holing was minimal, but I fell into covered over postholes that are now frozen. Would recommend microspikes.
