 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Dropped of .2 from summer parking for Black Mountain Trailhead Howe Hill road. While i met a truck coming out a car would have a tough time. Looks like theres a parking for 1 vehicle at my drop off point as a car was there. It is however discouraged per WMG. Chippewa trailhead had room for a few vehicles and Lime Kiln Road was in great shape as well. |

 | Comments: |
Excellent hike of Black Mountain trail which is a very gentle route to the summit. Found a nice spot to camp with views to the Northeast. Winds were quite spicy to start and subsided through the night. Barebooted till approx .6 from the summit with many stretches of solid ice. Chippewa trail was quite icy in many spots as well. |
