 | Comments: |
Up Winslow, down Rollins, back up to the summit via Lincoln, then returned via Barlow. Spikes went for a ride in the pack. The patches of snow that remain were stable for me to walk on, and any spots with ice were easy to hop around on dry rocks. I parked in the winter parking lot because I had already budgeted for the mileage and elevation gain, but the access road is open and the state park will now be open weekends (starting 4/19, with full-time staffing beginning 5/2). |
