Two stepovers on the West Rattlesnake side of the ridge trail. One at the bottom of the East Rattlesnake Trail. Trail creep continues to worse, threatening many rock drainage fixtures. |

A few gnats near the top, but otherwise minimal. |

SLA officially reopened the Rattlesnakes and Squam Range trails late last week.
Loop was mostly dry this afternoon with just a few minor wet ledge areas.
Hepatica in bloom near the top of West Rattlesnake.
Beautiful summer-like afternoon with blue skies and temperatures in the lower 70s. |
