Comments
Comments: Rainy day trek, Sawyer River Rd in good shape despite obvious washout spot about a mile in. Sawyer Pond Tr was soggy but a good corridor.

Pond area was misty/drizzly with limited views, couldn't see the mountains behind sadly. A solo mallard swimming around. We had the area to ourselves. Looks like a brand new pit toilet by the shelter, area appears to have wintered well.

White and red trillium along trail, trout lily flowers closed up but present in spots.

Great rainy day hooky from work adventure.
