Comments
Comments: A good day out. Fore-running for a directissima attempt. Actually a great link up, wish it was possible to turn into an actual loop without the ~12 road miles.

Oliverian Brook: Super wet, lots of mud on the trail, generally in good shape, not many blowdowns
Passaconaway Cutoff: slippery rocks galore, sun started peeking out while I was heading up which made it much more easy to navigate
Walden: Let the blowdowns begin! Wet, some blowdowns in trail that led to some social paths around those blowdowns
Rollins: Love this trail through the old forest up there, no views, blowing mist, felt like middle-earth
Kate Sleeper: what was supposed to be an easy cruise became a horrendous trip with dozens of substantial blowdowns, tons of trail work needed removing these. Easily spent an hour more than planned between Whiteface and the Tripyramids
Tripyramid Loop: South slide was slick, do not recommend trying north slide until things dry up some. Mostly blowdown free, only maybe a couple dozen that need to be cut and removed.
Pine Bend loop: Blowdowns are back, quick linkup.
Scaur Ridge: First time on this trail, lovely to jog down! Free of blowdowns, five stars!
Livermore: pleasantly surprised with how firm the road was, felt good jogging out!
Mt Tecumseh: Trail is in good shape until the summit, after summit there is a lot of winter blowdowns in the trail.
Tripoli Rd: started feeling the mileage. Who would have through the road really messed with my mind-game
Osceola: lovely trail, mellow compared to the rest of the day. Ran into a bunch of groups who had come in from Greeley
Greeley Ponds: love the run back out to the road

Got picked up by a great couple within the first ten minutes of hitching. Quality end to a long day!
