 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Lots of blowdowns on this section of Kinsman Ridge Trail between Route 112 and Mt. Wolf. None of them are very big, a large saw could handle them and 1 person could move them. Very minor lopping needed close to Mt. Wolf. Most of the drainages seem to be working very well, but there is one very flooded section of trail only about 1/4 mile from the road where the old bog bridges are under about 4" of water. Maybe it's just the rainy day today but this area is probably frequently flooded. |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Pretty good hike for dogs but lots of rocks and a little bit of easy scrambling |
|
 | Bugs: |
None today with the rain |

 | Comments: |
Pretty wet trail in the rainy day today but overall not too bad. Some short sections of standing water and some running water on the trail though most of it is avoidable. The wet rocks are tricky on descent. Lots of beautiful rock steps and the trail is very pretty and pleasant underfoot despite the ups and downs. Mt. Wolf has no views that I could find unless I missed something. |
