 | Comments: |
Hopefully, this trail report self-destructs in 48 hours or so, but some information will still be pertinent. Massive rainfall and snowmelt has made Bunnell Notch Trail a stream in several places. This has led to herd paths around them in at least three places. Snow started around 3,000 feet and totaled about 4-5 inches at the summit. Temps were unseasonably cool, around 30 F on the summit. Great day overall, but an odd Memorial Day weekend hike with these conditions. |
