 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Water was roaring today. Original plan was via Andrew Brook but changed course when I saw the condition of the Brook at the trailhead. Crossing on Rim Trail was very wet but not treacherous. There was a rope across it for the Sunapee Scramble. |

 | Comments: |
Newbury Trail was incredibly wet and muddy. In addition to all the rain as of late, today was the Sunapee Scramble and Rim, Newbury and Solitude were part of the race route. The combination has made an absolute wreck out of the trails. Newbury especially is in rough shape right now and could use some quiet time to dry out.
Other than the mud, what a great day to be out there! It was all phases of spring at any given moment all day. |
