Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Lots out today and having fun.
Bugs
Bugs: Gnats and mosquitos - no black flies yet. They Started getting annoying around 0.8 mi on ascent. Around the 1.3 mi mark we sprayed up pretty good with permethrin. At Summit, we donned head nets and two of us kept them on the rest of the hike.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Women’s OR purple baseball cap found hanging on a tree about halfway up Davis Path. Brought it down to the parking lot and hung it on the trail sign. (also posted in lost and found in the white mountains.)

Comments
Comments: Hazy but not smoky smelling (to me anyway). Always such a stunning view point of the panorama of peaks around you. This being month four of hamstring tear rehab, I had wanted to March onward to Resolution but the hammy said that wasn’a good idea. Impressed by the woman who passed us on ascent, hiked Crawford, Stairs and Resolution then passed us on decent too. OK.
