 | Comments: |
The Alpine Garden is looking great. Diapensia, Lapland Rosebay, and Mountain Cranberry are all blooming. The Mountain Avens foliage is lush, but there are no obvious buds yet. I would expect Mountain Avens blooms in another two weeks, maybe.
The early alpines are also blooming on the edge of Tuckerman Ravine (Lion Head Trail) and all around Nelson Crag. I was in the clouds most of the afternoon and the wind was intense on Nelson Crag, but the flowers were good company. |
