Plenty of spaces at Lincoln Woods, but a decent amount of the parking lot was closed off for construction. |

Black Pond Trail had a few decent sized stepovers (three on the ridge before it steeply drops to the streambank) and then a duckunder closer to Black Pond. |

The one I saw was behaved. |

They were all hanging out at the pond. |

Easy flat stroll. A bit of over the top of your toe of your boot mud just after one of the small stream crossings. Not too many people out on a Monday afternoon. Strong current up by Franconia Falls. |
