Room for several vehicles at the lower gate. Surprised to see only 3 others when I arrived mid morning. |

One small step over just below the summit of Belknap on the Blue Trail. I forgot my saw otherwise I would have cleared it. Recent clearing at the viewpoint atop the Carriage Road opened things up nicely. |

A minor annoyance but not too bad. No bug spray needed today |

Trails were dry with minor mud scattered here and there. Some slippery ledge on the Gunstock Mountain Trail and on the Res Trail. Nice views from both summits today. |
