Parking/Access Road Notes: Watch out for big pothole at the entrance to the dirt portion of the lot. Cars were bottoming out.

Water Crossing Notes: Easy rock hop 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Blazes on the ledges need touching up, per hiker report. Fire rings on Dickey about 300 feet off trail. Hiker wasn't clear about location but there are several rings and they are north of the trail, possibly above that wide ledge just west of the Dickey summit.

Dog-Related Notes: Plenty of dogs today, a few people said they had to lift their dogs in spots.

Comments: Not much to say for this short segment of the trail. Despite little rain there was moist mud along the stream, most likely due to foot pressure squeezing the water to the surface. Reports were that the ledges were dry with no seepage.
