Absolutely splendid day in the lush green woods. I encountered two parties: a group of 3 day hikers and a group of 4 backpackers (plus 2 dogs). Made good time up to the ledge, and then spent about an hour soaking up the sun and cool breeze. No one was at the tentsite area in the early afternoon. |
