All three trails are generally in good shape. I counted one blow down on East Pond Loop. There was another one on Little East Pond Trail. It looks like someone recently brought a pair of loppers to Little East Pond Trail. Unfortunately, they left lots of cut brush in the middle of the trail. Maybe they will be back to clean up later?
This loop is a beautiful, quiet hike. East Pond is a real gem. It was a weekday, but I saw only two people in the entire five miles. |
