Parking/Access Road Notes: Parking at York Pond Trailhead on York Pond Rd. About 5 cars at 10am, about the same mid afternoon.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: Stepovers, one rock hop 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A couple of old blowdowns, easy step overs. Spots of erosion here and there, a couple of muddy spots, but otherwise good.

Dog-Related Notes: Saw a couple having fun, plenty of water down low

Bugs: A couple of deer flies buzzing but not biting, no bug spray used.

Comments: Saw a giant bunny up by the cabin, along with a couple of gray jays.

We were going to do the loop around Unknown Pond, but with the muddy patches we found along the way up we decided to just backtrack rather than go for the loop, which probably would have been muddier.
