Lot was completely full by 8:15 when I arrived. Lot and Jefferson Notch Rd. Still full when I left at 12:30. It was a busy trail today |

The trail was in great shape. No blowdowns or issues at all |

None at the start but there were flies swarming in the last mile on the way out |

A pair of hiking boots was placed under the trailhead sign when I started and they were still there when I left |

This was my first time up Caps Ridge and I loved it. It’s a wonderful trail with great views. The quick access to treeline contributes to that I’m sure. |
