Comments
Comments: A super day Belknapping. Started from Gunstock Mt. Resort and ended at Mt. Major. Up Rowe and over to the top of the Gunstock, lift was getting prepared to run for the day. Trails nice and dry and well blazed and clear. The out and back over Piper and Whiteface always seems long.

Hike to Round Pond was nice and the Pond pretty. Met Jane and her friend and friend's dog Henry at the Pond. We probably saw about six or eight people by this point.

Over Mack, Klem, Rand and West Quarry I don't think we met anyone. We did meet a few people out and back tagging Anna. We did short walk in the woods a couple times to hit highpoints. Don't forget to go out and back on the unmarked spur to West Quarry summit.

Oh gosh Mt. Major is a madhouse and probably not as mad as it can be. Views were hazy. Wild the stone work done on the bottom on third of the mild of the Mt. Major Trail, granite steps and the trail winds between large boulders, amazing. Great day, 19 miles.
