USGS water gauge had the E Branch running at about 55 cfs. Rivers were bony and all four crossings easily rock hopped. |

One friend left his water/boat shoes near the final (4th) water crossing. We'd be much obliged if someone brought them out. Thank you!! |

I was with a few first timers, and so to experience Owls Head in all its glory, we took the trails all the way in, and utilized the unmaintained/unofficial trails/herd paths on the way out. With the low water level, crossings were super easy. |
