Comments
Comments: This was just a planned hike with a stay at Carter hut-no summits. Talking with folks who had done the Wildcats or Carters, visibility was poor due to wildfire smoke. Saw a large search and rescue team (over two dozen) assisting an injured hiker down the trail yesterday. So appreciative of the work these folks do. Just missed seeing a moose on upper section of trail before Zeta Pass.
