Comments
Comments: Awful trail, but if you're redlining (or redline-assisting), it doesn't get much better than this. Mud pits and marshes can be crossed with care at the moment. Everything else is dry.

Trail is progressively difficult to follow, as there are more blowdowns, mudpits, brush, etc. the further out from the road you get. If you're not comfortable with navigation, be very careful, as this is more vague than an abandoned trail in places.

Noted Forest Service monitoring equipment about halfway out.

Partly sunny morning with temperatures rising into the lower 70s.
