Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Mt. Clinton Road is wide open from both the south and north ends. At 7am, only 3 vehicles in the moderate-sized lot. And only 8 upon our return mid-afternoon.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: 2 were very easy walk over with dry rocks in place; others were dry 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: No on-trail blowdowns. Trails in excellent shape (thank you!) 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: All of the friendly dogs we enjoyed today were all off leash (we don't mind)...  
Bugs
Bugs: Just 2 somewhat lethargic black flies handing out for the last day of Summer (lol) ... and few beautiful catepillers. 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Pair of black sunglasses at the trailhead kiosk were there at our start & finish.
