Comments
Comments: Picked this hike from one of the routes in the 52WAV list on summitsmarts.com. Going counterclockwise on this loop was excellent - going up the steep Manning Trail and descending the more gentle Clark Trail. Views on the way up Firescrew and from its peak were great as were those on Cardigan. Didn't come across too many people on the trail, and a reasonable number at the top, allowing everyone to spread out and enjoy the cool breezes and 360-degree views.
