1 in lot at 7:30—-7 @ 11. I have a Crosstrek & I wouldn’t chance it. Really deep holes in many spots. Just me but it’s safer parking on Rt2…..IMO |

Beautiful morning to check off Waumbek. 1st on trail, I cleared all the webs! Fast fast fast climb to Starr King, dry trail though many leaves down. View point is growing in, unless you stand on the boulders. Dry all the way to Waumbek, views also growing in, just past the summit. Snack in the beautiful morning sun then really fast down. Many heading up. Lots of brave souls made it to the lot. Only 1 other parked with me on Rt2. |
