 | Comments: |
Generally very good trail conditions, but some running water on trail for a brief section. Lots of leaves and occasional wet/slippery roots. A little before 4,000ft, there started to be traces of snow or (more likely) heavy frost on the trees and occasionally the trail as well. Trees and signs on the final approach to the summit were coated in rime ice, as well as some of the rocks just below the summit. Didn't use the spikes today, but wouldn't be surprised if they're needed soon-ish. |
