 | Lost and Found: |
we saw a black shirt hanging on a tree branch about a mile north of the Wilderness / Bondcliff Trail junction, and left it there ... also saw a pair of sneakers in the Zealand lot after our hike, and put the sneakers under the Zealand lot kiosk roof so they wouldn't get soaked by today's rain |

 | Comments: |
sublime trek through the Pemi Wilderness ... we spotted a car at Zealand Trailhead, then started our hike at Lincoln Woods ...
...
no snow until we neared Bondcliff, and not enough snow to warrant traction until we reached West Bond ... you could bareboot the Bonds out-back from Lincoln Woods until the next snowfall ...
...
i wore micro spikes hiking down West Bond and left them on until Zeacliff, my friend barebooted all day ... warm temps and rain over the next 48 hours should melt some of the snow ... Presi peaks looked covered with snow above treeline from a distance ...
...
micro spikes made for better footing, it's that time of year you should have them in your pack ...
